HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional fitness workouts with running. Each race consists of 8 x 1km runs, with a functional workout station after each run, including the SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls.
There are different categories to ensure the competition is accessible to all – you can go it alone with a ‘Singles’, pair up for mens, womens or mixed doubles, or take on the challenge as a relay team.
